I now have a functioning #asterisk server for the #npstn.

One, I had to recompile to use ulaw instead of gsm by default.

Two, I had to add line supervision (Answer() directives) to my local test numbers (the extensions already have it) for them to work.

Three, I had to add a couple of .ulaw format audio files for some error messages.

You can bet all of this is going in my writeup.

I now run the block 239-3xxxx in #npstn. Fun things coming sooner or later.
