I spent a few minutes whipping this up for a project I'm working on and I figured it may be of use to you or someone in the HPR community.

The SAME header is valid, in so far as it can be parsed, but it is nonsense giving the date as the 999th day of the year at 99:99 o'clock and with the callsign 00HPR/XM, but there might be some legality things involved around broadcasting it on radio airwaves #notalawer
