if spectrum would give up and stop mailing people like me and others who refuse to use their "service", i bet they could cut costs on their actual subscribers who have no choice thanks to regional monopolies. but then again, what good is a regional monopoly if you're just gonna cut costs?!

that used to be me, but at our location now at least we have a few other choices.
