Dracula comes off as more desperate and burned-out than monstrous. It still works.
"Twas Beauty killed the Beast" was not quite the punch line I was expecting.
All and all, a big thanks to @Taweret for challenging expectations with tonight's choice.
there are a bunch of good things about this version but i think the best is that i don't feel like i always knew exactly what was going to happen next and that's pretty hard to do in a dracula film so well done there
well that was very arty and the vampires win because, well, you know, it's a curse until the end of time and it just gets handed off I guess
