In Year 2 of the Felix Krull Presidency, did the President hire a pal to a no-bid contract to fix the Reflecting Pool (as he boasted) or did the Interior Department hire somebody he’d never heard of to a no-bid contract (as he claimed after the project was delayed and running over budget)?

Who cares as long as the President is telling nice stories?
