Who would've thought I'd be able to head out #sailing in the first week of our #Australian #winter?? Not me - that's for damn sure. But here I am, out on the water off #Adelaide yesterday (Monday 5th) with my trusty co-pilot, plying the ocean and having a ball doing it.

I had my #neuromodulator turned way up on the left hand side and it coped with the stresses I was putting through my left leg but man I was sore last night. It was a good kind of sore though.
