So Canadians - you know the government doesn't actually set the price of oil - and hence, the cost of gas - at pump, right?
They could remove every tax each city, province and the feds levy, and *still* the price would be high - gouged by the multi-nationals and international stock markets that set the price.
The last time the federal government tried to do 'something' about it (Trudeau v.1) - well, the hullabaloo from Alberta still hasn't diminished on that.
