A lot of 🇰🇷 websites return error codes or are extremely slow.
So when a place doesn't have hotels listed on Booking or similar services, the #NaverMaps smartphone app in English is a true life-saver. Sometimes you can book and pay directly through #naver
It even lists temples, though I don't dare to sleep there because I don't fully understand how that works. But I did book an #ondol room at a small pension.
I'm in the process of planning my trip to #SouthKorea. Unlike many #kdrama aficionados, we will rather focus on the most exciting activities SK can offer.
🗺️ Seoul ➡️ Paju (DMZ 🪖) ➡️ Mureung Byeolyucheonji 🪂 ➡️ Pohang (Space Walk) ➡️ Busan 🚟 ➡️ Gwangmyeongdonggul Cave 🎇 ➡️ Incheon.
We will rely on the Discover Seoul and Visit Busan passes to get the most of these cities.
And I found #NaverMaps to be a precious resource for accomodation and train bookings outside big agglomerations.
