Perfect example of football (lack of) intelligence there - Mount harassing Almada and Mainoo runs to join in which leaves an outlet for Almada to get a pass away and Lyon keep the ball. If Mainoo had gone to that other player as cover instead, there's no escape and United stand a good chance of gaining possession near Lyon's box.
