Dublin city centre is like a ghost town..
(Great for shopping and/or cycling.)
I know many people want the US part of the World Cup to fail, and it may turn into some kind of ICE fiasco, but the demand for tickets is extremely high...FIFA is using dynamic pricing and even Curacao-Ivory Coast in Philly starts at $265. That's a low profile game... I'd love to see a fan boycott but bread and circuses are always popular...

FTA: "Bad Bunny did not lecture audiences about climate change or energy policy. Instead, he showed what vulnerability looks like — and sometimes, that’s the most powerful communication of all."

“Is Attwell the worst referee in the history of the Premier League?”
From 2009.
Yes, yes, he is, at least in terms of sheer longevity of incompetence.
https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2009/mar/05/stuart-attwell-referees-premier-league
(Of course, Attwell has form for this after giving an incorrect foul - noted as completely incorrect by the EPL incident panel - in January which denied United the win. Is he just incompetent again or is he taking some revenge after being called out by the panel as being incompetent? Either way, WTF PGMOL?)
I stand corrected - he’s decided to send Maguire off for an Evanilson dive after much less contact than on Cunha and not even a fraction of the wrestling and pushing that took Amad down.
You cannot watch this game and come to the conclusion that these are fair decisions made with a coherent understanding of the rules. It’s just corruption, plain and simple.
Honestly one of the most shamefully thumb-on-the-scale decisions I’ve seen since, well, ok, the last Liverpool or Arsenal match but you get the idea.
Absolutely disgraceful cheating from the match officials.
