Having multiple extruders can help you make use of old/bad filament elegantly: filament that you would not use otherwise often may still be used for infill.
That way, it still serves a purpose but you don't need to worry about bad bed adhesion or ugly surface artifacts. In #PrusaSlicer, just set the "infill extruder" in "print settings / multiple extruders" to whatever filament you want to use for that. Do not change the "massive infill" extruder setting; otherwise your top/bottom surfaces will also be printed with the "infill" filament.
