Just saying that the rich don't let governments just β€œtax" them.

Shakira just stiffed the people of Spain from half of what she owed them and got β€œsentenced" to β€œjail time" that she bought her way out of with a special additional fine. Spain's government agreed to this β€œdeal" despite having her nailed on the facts.
