I'm using #tvheadend since years and totally happy with it. But using it for livetv on an #appletv is really horrible. The only kodi-like software is #mrmc which has buffer issues and is outdated. manually compiling gives me a #kodi for 7 days as of apple developer restrictions, but with great performance. now I'm using tvheadend, antenna (to simulate a ip-tuner for plex) and plex to have a smooth tv experience. But I dislike the tracking and interface of #plex.
