Ngl its a rough one, I'm in a lull between two antipsychotics so I'm emotionally 😭🤬😤😢. When my partners are discussing which foods to cut out of our diet and how long we can go without paying utilities... trauma crap leaves me feeling too stupid to help and too helpless to contribute.
