Thursday was the worse. I felt like I was drowning. I wanted to die, again. I felt every time I said something or someone told me something, I wanted to bite their heads. I felt very very very bad.

I took one small sleep aid and I woke up better today. Today I am feeling nice and keen.

Ngl its a rough one, I'm in a lull between two antipsychotics so I'm emotionally 😭🤬😤😢. When my partners are discussing which foods to cut out of our diet and how long we can go without paying utilities... trauma crap leaves me feeling too stupid to help and too helpless to contribute.

Argh! I just got my 12 part assessment back, marked, and everything is great except for one section which I have to redo. Apparently my brain didn't interpret the question properly. I think the sentence might be grammatically incorrect. It is very confusing and not concise, if it's the case of not meaning what I interpret it as.

The teacher has given me instructions on what it is, which is great, but now my brain hurts and one of my schemas has been triggered. I think I need to go meditate, or slip into an hour-long coma, something. Argh!
