Into the Drowning Deep delivers the goods: a creepy atmosphere, well-developed characters, and horror that sticks around long after you've finished the book.

I’m a big fan of #MiraGrant. I’d heard…not good…things about this one, but I’ve yet to read it for myself. I’ve read and really love her #Newsflesh and #Parasitology trilogies. If you haven’t read those, I highly recommend them!

With the completion of #ShadesOfRustAndRuin and the arrival of #Parasite arriving on the same day, I no longer have to decide on what to read in between the two books!

I’m so excited to finally start reading the #Parasitology trilogy from #MiraGrant.

If only the eBay description had been true about the book being in β€œvery good” condition. I don’t know what the hell happened to it, but the front (hard)cover came in bent as hell and there were stickers and creases on the dust jacket.

Instead of continuing the #ACOTAR series for now, I’ve decided to take on #ShadesOfRustAndRuin, by #AGHoward until my #Parasitology trilogy, by #MiraGrant arrives and I’ll finally be #reading that, after a few years now.

This book has been quite a slog to get through so far. I’m about a third of the way done and I’m so bored with it. I’d really hoped this would be an interesting read, since it’s based around #Steampunk, #Labyrinth and #GoblinMarket, but it’s so bland, bloated and uninteresting.
