In this duo we each use a homemade contraption built off a standard DJ turntable. Kev's deck has 4 tonearms and he plays multiple locked-groove records together: acid, techno, breaks, drones and tones. I use the Mechanical Techno sequencer tower, with drum triggers, optical sensors, and self-made eurorack modules.
Together it's an improvised, messy, noisy collage of techno, house, ukg, rave stabs and dub delay. The tape collects edits from rehearsals and our first live show. The mini zine documents some of the performances including shots of live visuals by PuttyRubber and Chromatouch.
