I’m no expert, but I think there’s a blown transistor in here.
This by the way, is the LED brake light controller for my #vectrix #VX1 #MaxiScooter.
It’s being worked on right now, but the rear brake light stopped working a while back.
I’ll break out the multimeter and try to remember my transistor diagnostics skills (check for shorts) but I dunno, by sight alone I think Q1 is pooched.
