#Mastotunes 1: #Hiromi ist japanische Jazzpianistin. Für mich die beste Musikerin seit Menschengedenken und darum eine würdige Kandidatin für den Start dieser Serie. Ich hatte das Glück, sie 2023 beim #Jazzfestival von #Almuñécar, #Granada, in der einzigartigen Kulisse des Majuelo-Parks mit dem Castillo de San Miguel darüber zu sehen. Sie spielte am 19. Juli mit ihrer neuen Band #Sonicwonder. Besonders faszinierend aber finde ich ihr Solostück #Spectrum aus dem Jahr 2019 https://ogy.de/81hx

Check this out: it's a funky synthy showtune from a one man "American film opera" that I'm pretty sure is self-released. I can't find anything on the creator (or even if the film actually exists), but the song is dope.
