Good morning Fedi friends. Unsurprisingly after my big walk yesterday I slept in a little & as I have nothing major on today - I’m in dawdle mode 😁. It was nearly 12c when I got up at nearly 7am & it’s only going to rise another couple of degrees today to 14c. Funnily enough I don’t have the heater on at all, I’m as warm as toast.
We had a pretty good storm go through during the night, I don’t know how much, but it was very heavy & for the first time since I my flooding issues - I didn’t wake & worry. I know I’ve done all I personally can to mitigate future problems. Not fully fixed, but it’s ok.
I told myself last night that if I woke up feeling good this morning I would do a pump class for my exercise & I woke up feeling good, so guess what I’m doing once I’m showered. I’m going to have to reduce the weights & I know my muscles will feel it tomorrow as it’s been a while but that’s ok. I’m looking forward to seeing how I go.
