I quit Facebook in 2010. Used Instagram for a year in 2020. Never used Twitter. I have a LinkedIn account which I hardly open. I have it just to increase my chances of meeting a similar mind.

The point is: I dislike them all.
I dislike them because they feel unnatural. But I have paid a heavy social price.

Mastodon has a warm feeling. There seems to be no pressure here. The question is: Can there be good social interaction without pressure?
