I'm grateful for Judge #MarkWolf speaking out about #Trump, but he shouldn't have resigned first.
One of a judge's jobs is defending democracy. He was doing that by speaking out. If the norms/rules for federal judges prohibited him from speaking out before resigning, then they're wrong and he should have challenged them by speaking out despite them.
If they then went after him for speaking out, there would have been a Streisand Effect causing even more people to hear his words.

The more I dig into Judge Mark Wolf's judicial record, the more I see a judge who has a consistent record of calling out unconstitutional conduct from politicians, cops and every type of bureaucrat in between.

While I don't place much faith in the American Judicial system, we should all be very alarmed to see judge's like this stepping down in loud protest while saying he doesn't feel safe going to work anymore.

Something very noteworthy happened last friday. A conservative federal judge with a lifetime appointment from Reagan resigned in protest against the growing illegitimacy of Trump's presidency.

Recently retired Federal Judge Mark L Wolf penned an alarming resignation letter which was published in The Atlantic.

Over the weekend Judge Wolf spoke on TV about why he, a Federal Judge, felt the need to alert the American people to Trump's abuse.
