There's no *"definitive"* Linux how-to site, unless you consider #mapages readers like https://linux.die.net but it certainly that's not wuat you were looking for. - I do recommend to play in a VM cuz depending on your use case and workflow it's less of a *"click"* and more of a *"dawns on you"* kinda moment.
