I did manage to make it to #MakersCentral last week though, but found it was very commercial (still some good things mind).

I'll probably be mostly lurking today as I don't do much with nature making-wise :)

For once it was on a weekend when I could go along, so I was there today for the first time.

We saw some great talks. Did some fun workshops. Spent too much money on stuff.

But in terms of bringing together makers "to unite and share their passion in making"...

Well, I thought at least some of these would be showing their makes or have photos or something...?

@patshead that looks cool! ... what am I interested in, better question... basically it's as much for fun as anything, but I've nearly picked up a tiny drone a few times now (saw the Micro Done at #MakersCentral last month, saw this mentioned in feeds, etc). You mounted an Insta360 Go on it then?

Excellent, I checked @gadgetoid and @LewisWorkshop off my #MakersCentral bingo card, and I saw @kevsmac (but he was busy being interviewed / he didn’t see me, so no bingo there). Fun day looking at gadgetry!
