I have a friend who is wild about collecting African violets, and she's super generous in sharing cuttings with me. I've had this one for a couple years, and while it's been comfy, it hasn't yet bloomed. Another friend observed that it's time to start fertilizing it. I squirted some miracle gro this week and aaaaaaaa do you see the tiny baby buds in there??

I bought one kalanchoe from Trader Joe's back in 2017 or so. Since then it's gotten leggy, and I've made a wild amount of cuttings from it. This one plant has spawned maybe 15 or so? This is my oldest leaf cutting, and it's finally sprouting this little friend. The scale of the leaf to the plant is pretty delightful.

I'm gonna experiment with documenting the small things i've been working on. They'll be accompanied with handcrafted, artisanal tags you can mute if need be.

I struggled for a long time with keeping anything green alive, so I started off with some indoor container plants in 2017. It's been going okay, and I've accumulated a small collection of still living flora! Here's a polka dot plant I gifted my partner and have been assisting with.
