I spent some time this morning distributing Madison Bike Week yard signs in Madison parks. Less than a week until it starts! https://www.madisonbikes.org/events/bikeweek-2026/
The position seems to be that because she knows some disabled people, it's okay that her event (Run Madtown) takes actions that harm other disabled people
"We're just unloading/loading for a bit" - doesn't matter. The spaces are reserved.
"We would have moved right away if someone asked" - we did ask. We still had to wait for someone to find the truck keys. The reason the ADA requires reserved parking spaces is so that people *don't* have to wait for access
