Got my wife a Chocopad from keeb.io (link below) to help her with macros and common key combos/commands in Excel and she couldn't be happier. She wanted to put it together and was thrilled to see it come together.
I'll take any opportunity to build a keeb/macropad any day, especially when it helps my wife work easier 😁
And yes, #Keyboards - including #MacroPads - should require any Software whatsoever to program.
Like at most gimme a web tool to output a hex file and put that on a flashdrive or microSD card.
