Happy #machinelearningmonday!
We're happy to share we have a new #preprint available, titled "A Combinatorial AI and Cell Biology Approach Identifies Mechanistically Distinct Inflammasome Inhibitors and Implicates the Raf Pathway in Inflammasome Signaling."
Spring's scientists developed a physiologically relevant, high-content imaging assay using human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to investigate different stages of inflammasome signaling.

It's #machinelearningmonday and we're back with more in our "AI Embeddings" series!
What can you do with #singlecell embeddings?
The Spring Engine is powered by #singlecellanalysis data, and single cell embeddings unlock the power and speed of PhenoFinder - our tool that performs unsupervised clustering of single-cell data.
Are you interested in surfacing novel phenotypes in your data, but can't spend days and days examining images by eye? (🧵 )
Happy #machinelearningmonday! Today we're highlighting a talk focused on on the use of our work using #deeplearning for discovery of innate immune agonists. Learn how we use our high-dimensional #phenomics to profile immunological responses.
