Luo Binghe picking up a fondness for hand kisses not because he's been receiving them all along without Shen Yuan mentioning it, but because Shen Yuan is very casually tactile and would brush fingertips over the backs of his hands or fingers when he's done something praiseworthy or just in thanks.
E.g.
Luo Binghe sets the tray down, and straightens slowly, just in case. His gamble pays off, it often does. Shizun's fingers glance off his hand as a small smile crosses that lovely face. It's as light as a butterfly landing, but sends him buzzing like a fat bumblebee. Luo Binghe smiles back, and shuffles into place to properly serve the tea. He can still feel the phantom touch when he takes his own first sip.
