Okay I’ll bite.

Chu Wanning and Shen Qingqiu sitting on a low table across each other drinking tea. None of them talk, the conversation is happening with their eyes.

Meanwhile, Mo Ran and Luo Binghe are in the kitchen preparing their Shizun‘s meal according to their taste. Luo Binghe is lowkey scandalized by the amount of desserts Mo Ran has prepared.

But if I’m being honest, I want CW and SQQ to have beef with each other that they never address directly. It obviously has to do with their disciples because they each think theirs is the best at everything they do. So they would make “requests” as a form of secret challenge to see who disciple does it perfectly, but it’s nuance because they each have a different notion of what perfect looks like.

In the end they come to the conclusion they both have the best dogs disciples.

hnnnnnfbfnh need BingQiu getting together after breaking up bc they got together too young, Luo Binghe had just graduated college and had a ton of really good job prospects lined up, particularly overseas, and Shen Yuan didn't want him sticking around his little local uni just to be close to Shen Yuan (TA at the time of BQ getting together, but applying for a full time teaching position) and now 5 years later it's awkward and tense. Shen Yuan is sure Binghe doesn't have feelings for him anymore. After all, he's now seen the world, probably had many relationships in the meantime and Shen Yuan never left their lil town, buried himself in work and tried not to think about what could have been if Binghe stayed.
Luo Binghe is determined to win Shen Yuan's heart back. He's not sure why Shen Yuan broke up with him all those years ago but Luo Binghe is better now, he's good, he improved himself so much over the last few years and is earning enough money to support himself and SY forever and he wants to win him back.
