分别给红米5A刷两个不同的包。用同一张联通SIM卡。

刷入官方固件 MIUI V11.0.2.0.OCKCNXM ，安卓系统版本是8.1，屏幕会显示信号满格，但是4G VoLTE的HD图标没有出来。打开 *#*#4636#*#* ，IMS服务状态显示未注册。打不了电话。基带版本是MPSS.JO.3.1.c50003-8937_GENNS_PACK_1_V048 。

刷入最新的MIUI V11.0.6.0.OCKCNXM，安卓版本8.1，4G VoLTE的HD图标能正常显示出来，信号也是满的。打电话正常。基带版本是 MPSS.JO.3.1.c5-0003-8937_GENNS_PACK_1_V049 。

V048的打不了电话，V049的能打电话。据说联通已经把所有2G/3G的基站都关了。如果手机激活不了4G VoLTE，你的手机就打不了电话。

LineageOS最新版的固件只能跟老的基带一起配合工作。老基带大概是 fw_riva_miui_HM5AGlobal_V10.1.1.0.NCKMIFI_8cb19207b7_7.1 。貌似是MIUI V10.1.1的老基带。这个基带比 MIUI V11.0.2.0.OCKCNXM 的基带还要老。

我怀疑LineageOS 22.2 根本就用不了联通的4G SIM卡，基带本身不支持联通的4G VoLTE高清通话。屏幕上能显示VoLTE的图标，平时用移动数据的流量上网应该是靠4G的，打电话就会降级到3G。如果没有3G信号，电话就打不出去。因为联通4G VoLTE长期以来都没有正常地注册上IMS。

Reduce e-waste - increase #privacy - save money.

Before you chuck out that old (android) phone no longer supported by the manufacturer, consider diverting it from landfill AND take a big step forward in de-googling your life by flashing a third party ROM to it!

It is not as hard or techy as it sounds. My old Samsung S10e was on Android 11 and no longer getting updates. Now, it is running a de-googled (ie, it does not phone home) Android 14 and gets fortnightly updates. MUCH better ...

I also bought a new battery online for AUD$80 and swapped the old one out. Now I have a phone that looks and feels new, and holds a charge much longer than before due to the vast reduction in telemetry reporting.

If I can do it anyone can. :-)

Hint - a degoogled phone and Linux on the laptop comes in mighty handy when the viruses and spy-ware are written for Windows and Android.
