I did ask if he was implying that I was probably quite ugly, but he said no.

I'm DJing for Hot Jam (the local Lindy Hop social dance) tonight by myself for the first time—previously I've always been trading songs with another DJ. I don't get nerves when DJing for somewhere that requires the complicated mixing part, but at a place where I just have to play music, pause, play more music I've got the butterflies quite bad, probably because it's one of the tougher dance floors for lindy that I've ever seen. If you're in Atlanta, come out and learn to dance, there's a free lesson before hand and I'll be spinning some fun tunes (and would love some more friendly faces)!
