I used to think of #wol (the method) or #learnOS primarily as social learning methods/frameworks. I now have realized that lernOS "supports" also learning as an individual (i.e. without peers). Framing/pitching these methods/frameworks from the angle of "informal learning support" might be more effective, especially when thinking of transforming organizational L&D strategies which have been focused on formal learning such as classroom trainings or LMS-based offerings.
