I want to remind the #USfederalgovernment, #corporations, #nonprofitorgs and any other sort of business in the #WorldEconomy that #shortstaffing or #leanstaffing is really bad for #EmployeeSatisfaction, #consumersatisfaction and of course #safetyandregulation. Stingy oligarchs like it, and they like to keep complaining to their subordinates about how the org is under-performing despite them overperforming a wide breadth of duties and telling their boss to #HireMore to help them.

#LeanStaffing is a disgusting, frustrating practice that discourages and frustrates existing associates and candidates alike. I am disturbed that those in the federal government are going along with it for their own hiring. #EndFedHiringFreeze #FediHire
