🚨 New research commissioned by EDRi analyses the implementation of the #LawEnforcementDirective in Bulgaria, France, Greece, Germany and Slovenia.

Even eight years after the LED’s entry into application, its implementation remains fragmented and insufficient ❌

The LED is a crucial #DigitalRights protection instrument and provides protection standards for the processing of personal data by law enforcement authorities 🚔
