My sister is putting a single wide home next to ours, same yard, where our first home was (an ancient trailer) so along with digging all that out and trenching for a new waterline from our house to the well and back, we are getting a new well pump and pressure tank.

It's been 38 years on that same set up, so it's time.

Reasonable price for the water stuff---and it's the last time we'll ever have to do it.

Getting older sometimes has these moments even in my 60's that are the "last time we ever have to do that."
