I don't always agree with everything Lambie does, but she represents the people who voted for her very well.

I respect Senator #Lambie and #Katter and even Hanson, respect is maybe not the right word for #PaulineHanson but i respect their right to be there… because i believe in #democracy

but the thing i mean when i say that doesn't describe going to war on the orders of a guy who got fewer votes than his opponent and who turned out to be lying about WMDs?

She reminds me a little bit of #JacquiLambie - an Australian veteran and senator who was also injured though much less dramatically (a back injury on a training exercise that has her discharged and unable to work for ten years)

When #Lambie first got into the senate she was hopelessly ignorant, but she has leant very willingly and this willingness to learn makes me respect her more than any other senator.
