Le génocide de 1994 au Rwanda a fait entre 800 000 et 1.1 million de morts selon les estimations.
Même si certains chiffres sont sujets à caution à cause des manipulations de la part du régime de Kigali, il est indiscutable que la grande majorité étaient Tutsi.
Nul doute que ce message sera fraîchement accueilli ....
