I tried baking a Kulich (Ukrainian Easter cake) last weekend, using a recipe from the awesome @Magic_Cauldron
It was so good!! I still need to figure out a better baking form, as well as to improve baking times, but looking forward to making it again soon!

I dolci tipici delle tradizione sono il Kulich, una specie di panettone aromatizzato e finemente decorato e la Paska, un semifreddo a piramide a base di formaggio fresco tipo ricotta, uova, panna, frutta secca e canditi. Questi sono quelli di La maison du vin Kurkoff!

Eggses! And my 1970s hand mixer because beating 3 egg whites in the food processor is too much fuss. Takes ages (instead of 2 minutes with the little Philips) and entails lots of cleaning. Saffron and egg yolks are what makes the batter so yellow. #kulich
