#Ketesa server admin for #Matrix is awesome but sending server notices to all doesn't really work when its user list includes all the irc/signal/meta temp users created by the bridges I have :D

Implemented a script that performs proper admin authentication in the web browser and then send server notices to all the actual users on the home server.

Surely this is functionality all server admins need to send out planned downtime info etc?
