Really can't understand how companies can get away with not supplying spare parts for their products. Recently been in discussion with a domestic kitchen (non-electrical) appliance company who have very kindly offered me a replacement product for one that has broken out of warranty. However, they have done this rather than supply my the one moving part that would have enabled me to easily #repair it. Doesn't make any sense to me at all. #circulareconomy #KeepItWorking #repairs
