Tried cooking kangaroo tail for the first time yesterday. Kept it simple, did a 4 hour slow soy braise and served it with white rice. Delicious stuff. The sauce was sweet and savoury with a hint of Chinese five spice. The meat was juicy, tender and fall off the bone. I'll definitely do this again! 😊
