This is a nice discovery at Chinese grocery spots, that you can often find cuts in shape and sizes you don't find at the regular supermarket chains. Label just said "beef" so no help, but I'm guessing a blade roast sort of thing.

We don't buy beef very often, so it's nice to have something interesting when we do.
