Personally, I would go much further than Harry Litman regarding attempts by Injustices Kavanaugh and especially Barrett to soothe concerns of Americans about the Roberts court. Amy Coney Barrett's comments while promoting her book have been shockingly delusional. Calling her lack of insight and plentiful delusion shocking is no exaggeration. US law is now in extremely bad hands. I have spoken well of Barrett at times. Never again. She showed some degree of independence for awhile and now it is gone. She has solidly taken her place on the court's lunatic fringe.

But then again, since this is Harry Litman's video and not mine, I should end by commending it to anyone who watches videos about jurisprudence and jurisimprudence. Harry Litman is easily among our best.
