Summary of my visit to Lewis Ginter #botanicalGarden with pics in thread : (1) the Children's area is under construction, with a new "bedecked" treehouse and water splash pad being built for 2023 (2) the gift shop is basically closed for the next couple weeks (3) the cafeteria has very limited food options in February (4) the trees think it's spring, to include #japaneseCherrytree, #magnolia, #daffodils, and #apricot trees in bloom. (5) there's an "exhibit" by that lady who knits things onto signs. I'm a member so I'll probably be going back a lot, but if you only go once this year, wait until #March / real #Spring... #march2023 #rva #botanicalgardens #lgbg
