Like, build the habit before publishing anything.
Something to "channel ADHD infodumping into" (lol, le steal! good phrase), hopefully making another option for people to have playing when they just need talking to sleep.
(If the two alien dudes / paranormal ppl see this, I do actually listen to it properly too, but it's the perfect level of interresting and distant to occupy my thoughts for sleep.)
Chatting at a microphone / talking to someone about a topic would be something creative where I donât need to use my eyes as much.
(Like, obv notes, but then I can glance and close my eyes again.)
Blurry eyesight and headaches (from eye strain?) suck.
