FB12140997 ("Open URLs in Safari" action doesn't work with data URLs as intended. Using the similar action "Open URLs in Microsoft Edge" does show as intended though. This is a change with 16.5 beta. The issue doesn't happen in 16.4.1. Pasting the URL manually into safari does work.)
