The Indian government is planning to introduce #immunocontraceptives as an experimental #population management tool for #leopards, particularly in areas with frequent human–leopard conflicts. For this, the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change (@MoEFCC) plans to file a petition in the Supreme Court, requesting that the apex court lift its order so that experimental research can resume.
