My view of VZ oil: Currently an oil glut exists. VZ oil requires *much* refining. Their infrastructure is old and decrepit. Most oil is located remotely, requiring roads, power, etc. Hundreds of $B required for a decade before any returns. US invest? Wasted money as in a decade oil need will be moot. #IdiotInChief #Politics
