I sadly forgot to take a picture before I drank it, but I made a little Iced coffee shotwith that fruity espresso I talked about on Sunday.
Filled a small (double walled) glas with ice cubes. Glass size about 100-120ml
Coffee: Espresso Augusto from Die Kaffeemacher:innen
Dose: 18g
Yield: 42g (so slightly more than yesterday
Time: ~30s
Brew Temp: 93°C
Pulled the espresso shot directly over the ice.
Added a splash of vanilla syrup and stirred until ice cold.
That gave me intense fruity cherry notes, some nice acidity and a hint of sweet vanilla to make it a really refreshing, tasty coffee drink for a hot day.
